Welcome to The Hub Clean. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning management software and services. By accessing or using The Hub Clean, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using The Hub Clean platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of the organization.
2. Service Description
The Hub Clean is a cloud-based cleaning management software platform that provides:
- QR code-based room tracking and location verification
- Real-time monitoring and dashboard for cleaning operations
- Quality control and inspection tools
- Staff scheduling and management features
- Analytics and reporting capabilities
- Mobile applications for iOS and Android devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.
3. Account Registration and Security

4. Subscription and Payment

The Hub Clean offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to your chosen plan.
4.2 Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
- You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
4.3 Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You must provide payment information to start a free trial.
4.4 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
4.5 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes). You are responsible for paying all such taxes.

8. Data and Content Ownership

Upon termination of your account, we will retain Your Data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it longer.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hub Clean disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

- Warranties that defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HUB CLEAN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This includes, without limitation:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or system failures
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Acts or omissions of third parties
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Hub Clean, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your Data or content you submit to the Service
- Your negligent or wrongful conduct
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through account settings or contacting our support team. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms
- You fail to pay applicable fees
- Your use of the Service poses a security risk
- We are required to do so by law
- We cease providing the Service
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease
- You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination
- Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply
- We may delete Your Data after the retention period
13. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party services.
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
